Robert Fullington, President
Mr. Fullington is President of LOTSolutions. Mr. Fullington has participated in many aspects of management and leadership, with emphasis on business strategy and technology planning. His primary business focus is on the application of advanced technology to leverage the effectiveness of LOTSolutions’ and its clients’ businesses and operations.
Prior to joining LOTSolutions, Mr. Fullington was a Principal in the IBM Management Consulting Group. He led a cross-industry general business practice that supported strategy, business transformation, work flow and IT strategy and planning. Prior to becoming a principal, Mr. Fullington was IBM's Outsourcing Manager for the Florida region. He has been involved in all phases of outsourcing systems, including business processes and shared services.
Mr. Fullington graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business Administration Degree.
Janie W. Hartley, 1st Vice President
Mrs. Hartley is the First Vice President of LOTSolutions. She has over 15 years experience in the debt protection industry, including product development & pricing, campaign management and administrative operational services.
Mrs. Hartley's experience has evolved from managing and converting the administration of LOTSolutions' insurance administrative clients (comprised of $250 million in annual premiums) to managing the mass-marketed and fee product revenue administration (now in excess of $150 million in annual monthly billed premiums/fees for a total in excess of $400 million).
Mrs. Hartley's focus on marketing and campaign management brings LOTSolutions' customer base the highest results in product value and customer satisfaction, as well as the highest fee income results possible. Protecting her client's brand while increasing revenue is her number one priority.
Mrs. Hartley has been with LOTSolutions since 1995. Prior to joining LOTSolutions, Mrs. Hartley managed the administrative block for Integon and Georgia International's third party administrative clients.
Mrs. Hartley graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a minor in management information systems.
Nicole Curry-Hill
Ms. Curry-Hill is Assistant Vice President of Sales for LOTSolutions. Her role includes sales and marketing efforts for LOTSolutions, the development and implementation of special web projects, and client services for existing LOTSolutions customers.
Prior to joining LOTSolutions in early 2006, Ms. Curry-Hill was a Client Executive with IBM. While with IBM, she worked with K-12 school districts, colleges and universities, state government agencies and healthcare facilities throughout the state of Florida. As a Client Executive, she was responsible for the overall client relationship and acted as a liaison between the customer, IBM, and IBM Business Partners. Additional responsibilities included having a strong knowledge and understanding of consultative selling, complex opportunity management, and outsmarting the competition.
Ms. Curry-Hill graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communications. She has a minor in Spanish.
Chris Kinnett
Mr. Kinnett is Vice President of Sales for LOTSolutions. Mr. Kinnett is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for LOTSolutions. His role includes sales, marketing, client relationship management and development of marketing strategies.
Mr. Kinnett has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry. That experience includes sales, sales management and credit. Before joining LOTSolutions, Mr. Kinnett worked as a Regional Finance Manager (Central Region -- Sales) and as Credit Manager (Small Business Credit) at DaimlerChrysler Services Truck Finance. While there, his responsibilities included developing business plans, building solid dealer and customer relationships, motivating and developing employees, working on company projects and working on a team to develop a finance business model for the financing of commercial vehicles in China.
Mr. Kinnett earned his Bachelor of Science from Ball State University.
Becky McCalip
Ms. McCalip is Assistant Vice President in Client Services for LOTSolutions. She brings over 16 years experience in the insurance industry to her role as the primary liaison between the LOTSolutions team and some of our largest clients. She ensures client business requirements and expectations are met by LOTSolutions in regards to marketing development, business implementation & administration, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining LOTSolutions, Ms. McCalip worked in the Actuarial Department at Professional Insurance Corporation. While there she prepared monthly financial statements for reinsurance clients, and assisted the Corporate Accounting department with the monthly financial statements as well as multiple schedules for the Annual Statements. Additionally, Ms. McCalip worked on numerous projects including new product filings and system migration.
Paul B. Rectenwald
Mr. Rectenwald is Vice President of Consulting Services for LOTSolutions. He is responsible for bringing best-in-class database marketing and analytic capabilities to our clients, allowing them to offer the right product to the right customer through the right channel at the right time. This is accomplished through extensive market/prospect segmentation, development of predictive models, data hygiene and enhancement, scientific test-and-control marketing strategies and deep-dive analytics of each client's business.
Prior to joining LOTSolutions in 2005, Mr. Rectenwald was Vice President of Applied Business Information Systems at the Bank of America. In this role he was responsible for all IT functions dedicated to the bank's Complementary Products Group, which supplied database marketing, product development and administration of ancillary products (e.g. debt protection, identity theft, etc) for their credit card portfolio.
It was during this time that the division successfully transformed their business model to focus on external clients, thus turning an internal division into a profit-center by rapidly expanding their marketable territory. The new third-party business (named Debt Cancelation Corporation, or DCC) grew rapidly, picking up clients like National City Bank, Juniper Bank and E*Trade (among others). Mr. Rectenwald was responsible for designing and implementing transactional and analytical data systems with the requisite flexibility, security and speed-to-market for these varied clients.
Before Bank of America, Mr. Rectenwald was a Senior Business Analyst with Fleet Financial Credit Card Services where his responsibilities included list processing, marketing campaign management, performance reporting, in-depth analytics and statistical modeling. He also has extensive health insurance experience, having worked at both Prudential Healthcare and Humana Healthcare in Strategic Targeting/Analytic roles within their Marketing divisions.
Mr. Rectenwald graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Debbie Santangelo
Ms. Santangelo is Assistant Vice President in Client Services. Ms. Santangelo has over 18 years experience in the fee based/ancillary product market specializing in credit protection products. Ms. Santangelo's role is to ensure all client business requirements are met by the LOTSolutions enterprise from product selection/development, marketing strategy development and implementation, business implementation, customer service and administration, risk management and program reporting and analytics.
Prior to joining LOTSolutions in 2005, Ms. Santangelo was Vice President, Client Services at the Bank of America (formerly FleetBoston Financial) and was responsible for the management of the Client Services staff and held overall responsibility for the client relationships. Ms. Santangelo managed all client implementations and business functions for the bank’s Complementary Products Group (Debt Cancelation Corp), which supplied database marketing, product development and administration of ancillary products (e.g. debt protection, identity theft, etc) to clients outside the Bank of America/Fl family. In addition, Ms. Santangelo managed the Fee Products Division, which included value added products, membership programs as well as incentive/premium program.
Previously, Ms. Santangelo was Senior Paralegal - Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for FleetBoston Financial’s Complementary Products Group. Prior to that, she worked for Advanta Corp., for over 10 years in various positions in the insurance and fee products division that provided such programs for their credit card, mortgage and leasing customer bases.
